Strategic guidance to private equity investors, boards and management teams in off-patent medicines. On assets under evaluation, on businesses already owned, and on the value still to be created in them — commercial due diligence, value creation planning, and counsel on the decisions that follow.

Guiding the work that turns a plan into delivery — carve-outs, turnarounds, integrations and market entries. Occasionally taking the operating seat through a transition, where a company I already advise or govern needs it.
Invest
Co-investing alongside private equity partners and entrepreneurs where I can contribute as well as commit. Capital and active involvement together, in situations where an operator's perspective changes the outcome.
